This is a program dedicated solely to self-leadership. Self-leadership is the foundation of becoming a successful leader in any area of life.

Self-leadership is crucial when communicating and representing yourself in your authenticity. When we are authentic in our behaviour and expression, we are naturally influential to those around us.

This program is perfect for kids aged 13 to 18 years old.

Presence

In this digital age, making connections are easy. However, making friendships are not! With the constant distractions, being present in friendships and being present in the moment is difficult. This program is designed to help your teens find moments of authentic presence to enjoy themselves and their connections.

Ideal for ages 13+.
